McCarthy’s Lakeside Stable is entering the 4th generation of breeding, showing , & promoting horses. Over the past 40 years we have gone from hunter jumpers, to Shetlands in the 60’s , Arabians in the 70’s and Miniatures in the 90’s & beyond. The results from showing and breeding miniatures has exceeded our hopes and expectations. Our Miniature/Shetland cross has kept us at the forefront of an ever evolving breed.
